 FAQs

  • No partner is needed. As a Social Ballroom Dancing class, we will be rotating through a number of partners.

  • Wear comfortable clothes. No special dress code. We scheduled this for just after your work hours, so you can also come in your work clothes if you want. We have restrooms that you can change in if needed.

    For shoes, most beginners start off with dancing in their socks. If you want to continue dancing (and we are confident that you will!), we will give you some suggestions and options for ballroom dancing shoes.

  • This is meant to be your introduction to social ballroom dancing. So come to one, come to some, or come to all! See if your vision of dancing matches your experience of dancing 😊

  • No experience needed! Our highly trained instructors have years of experience teaching beginners the fundamentals of ballroom dancing.

  • For our trial month, we will be teaching steps from a variety of daces like Foxtrot, Swing, Waltz, Cha Cha, Tango, and Salsa.

  • Ballroom dancing isn’t just fun—it’s great for your body and mind! It provides:

    🔥 Fitness & Coordination – Improve balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health in a low-impact way.

  • Yes! We offer a limited amount of private lessons. You can schedule a lesson by contacting us.

    These are perfect if you miss some lessons and want to catch up or if you just want to learn more!
