Inspire Performing Arts Company is a performing arts studio offering multiple dance disciplines. Its ballroom program is operated by Impetus Dance Solutions LLC, an affiliated company that provides ballroom instruction, enrollment, and all supporting technology and communications. When you submit the ballroom enrollment form, both entities handle your information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit the enrollment interest form, we collect:

- Parent/guardian name

- Email address

- Phone number

- Child's name and age

- Preferred program session

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

- Confirm your enrollment interest and follow up about your child's spot

- Send SMS confirmation and program update messages (with your consent)

- Contact you about your child's participation in the program

3. SMS Messaging

If you consent to SMS communications, your phone number will be used to send automated messages via Twilio, our messaging provider. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to deliver our services (between Inspire Performing Arts Company and Impetus Dance Solutions LLC as described above, or with our messaging provider) or as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain enrollment inquiry data for the duration of the program season and up to one year afterward for record-keeping purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may request that we delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.
