About Us

Inspire Performing Arts Company is a performing arts studio offering multiple dance disciplines. Its ballroom program is operated by Impetus Dance Solutions LLC, an affiliated company that provides ballroom instruction, enrollment, and all supporting technology and communications. When you submit the ballroom enrollment form, both entities handle your information as described in this policy.

1. About Us

Inspire Performing Arts Company is a dance and performing arts studio in Charlotte, North Carolina, operated by Impetus Dance Solutions LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact details you give us — name, email address, and (optionally) phone number — through our contact form, class-finder quiz, free-trial signup, or direct email and calls.

  • Dancer information you provide to help us place a student — first name, age or birth date, and experience level.

  • Enrollment and payment information, collected and stored in Studio Pro, our registration system. Inspire does not store full payment card numbers on this website.

  • Basic website analytics — pages visited and general usage data, collected through Squarespace Analytics to help us improve the site.

We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Registration and inquiries are made by a parent or guardian.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use what you give us to:

  • respond to your inquiry and answer questions about classes;

  • recommend a class through our class-finder quiz and schedule free trial classes;

  • process enrollment, tuition, and payments through Studio Pro;

  • send you information about your dancer's classes, schedules, and studio announcements;

  • operate and improve our website and programs.

4. Phone Numbers

Providing a phone number is optional. When you give us one, we use it only to contact you directly by phone about your inquiry or your dancer's enrollment.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio, and only as needed for that purpose:

  • Studio Pro (DanceStudio-Pro) — registration, enrollment, and payment processing.

  • Squarespace — website hosting and contact-form delivery.

  • Google (Gmail, Analytics) — studio email and website analytics.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the safety of our students, families, or staff.

6. Data Retention

We keep enrollment and family records for as long as your family is active with the studio, and afterward as needed for our business, accounting, and legal obligations. Inquiries that don't lead to enrollment are kept only as long as useful to follow up.

7. Your Rights

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email inspirepac.clt@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Information held inside Studio Pro may also be manageable from your own Studio Pro account.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
