About These Terms

Inspire Performing Arts Company is a performing arts studio offering multiple dance disciplines. Its ballroom program is operated by Impetus Dance Solutions LLC, an affiliated company that provides ballroom instruction, enrollment, and all supporting technology and communications. These Terms apply to both entities with respect to the ballroom program.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the enrollment interest form on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and your child.

2. Program Enrollment

Submitting the interest form reserves your child's spot in the requested session and is not a guarantee of enrollment until confirmed by program staff. Final enrollment is subject to availability and payment of program fees.

3. SMS Communications

Text messages related to ballroom enrollment are sent by Impetus Dance Solutions LLC, which operates the ballroom program on behalf of Inspire Performing Arts Company. Both entities are bound by these terms with respect to SMS communications. By submitting the enrollment form, you consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provide. Messages may include enrollment confirmations, program updates, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance — you will receive a reply with contact information for support.

4. Limitation of Liability

Neither Inspire Performing Arts Company nor Impetus Dance Solutions LLC is liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the program beyond what is required by applicable law.
