child.

2. Program Enrollment

Submitting the interest form reserves your child's spot in the requested session and is not a guarantee of enrollment until confirmed

by Inspire Performing Arts Company staff. Final enrollment is subject to availability and payment of program fees.

By submitting the enrollment form, you consent to receive automated text messages from Inspire Performing Arts Company at the phone

number you provide. Messages may include enrollment confirmations, program updates, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message

4. Limitation of Liability

Inspire Performing Arts Company is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the program beyond

what is required by applicable law.
