About These Terms

Inspire Performing Arts Company is a performing arts studio offering multiple dance disciplines. Its ballroom program is operated by Impetus Dance Solutions LLC, an affiliated company that provides ballroom instruction, enrollment, and all supporting technology and communications. These Terms apply to both entities with respect to the ballroom program.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, enrolling in a program, or communicating with Inspire Performing Arts Company ("Inspire," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll.

2. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in classes, camps, and programs is completed through our registration system, Studio Pro (DanceStudio-Pro), and is subject to availability. Tuition, fees, and payment schedules are those published on our Schedule & Tuition page or presented at the time of registration.

Registration is not confirmed until it is completed in Studio Pro and any required payment is received. Class placement is at the discretion of Inspire staff, and we may adjust class times, instructors, or offerings when enrollment or scheduling requires it. We will notify enrolled families of material changes.

3. Communications

When you contact us, request a free trial class, use our class-finder quiz, or enroll a dancer, you agree that we may contact you using the information you provide — by email or phone call — about your inquiry, your dancer's classes, schedule changes, and studio announcements. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing inspirepac.clt@gmail.com.

4. Third-Party Services

Some parts of our experience are operated by third parties:

Studio Pro (DanceStudio-Pro) — registration, enrollment, and payment.

Our class-finder quiz and free-trial signup — hosted by Inspire on a separate site linked from this one.

Registration and payment made through Studio Pro are also governed by DanceStudio-Pro's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

5. Media & Photography

Inspire may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, performances, and studio events, and may use those images to promote the studio. If you prefer that your dancer not appear in promotional media, tell us in writing at inspirepac.clt@gmail.com and we will honor that request.

6. Studio Conduct & Safety

Participants and families are expected to follow studio policies on conduct, dress, attendance, and safety. Inspire may decline or end participation when conduct puts the safety or experience of others at risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dance, acro, aerial, and related physical activities carry inherent risk of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspire Performing Arts Company and Impetus Dance Solutions LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the revision. Continued use of the site or our programs means you accept the current version.
